Do you make every RV size?
Yes. From RV Twin and bunk up to RV King, including short queens and short kings, plus hinged, dinette, loft and V-berth shapes. If yours is not standard, we build to your measurements.
My bed is a weird shape with a cut corner. Can you match it?
That is our specialty. We build cut corners, radius corners, tapered and split V-berths and one-off shapes, corner for corner.
How much does a custom RV mattress cost?
Every mattress is made to order, so price depends on size, shape and materials. Factory-direct cuts out the retail markup, and you get a firm quote before anything is made.
Do I have to have memory foam?
No. We build old-school two-sided innerspring and hybrid RV mattresses. Skip the memory foam entirely if you prefer, and sleep cooler on the road.
What if I can't measure it myself?
Ask for a free pattern-maker kit inside your quote. You can also upload photos and a template so we get the fit exactly right.
Where do you deliver?
Shipped to your door, with free white-glove delivery on orders $1,000+ near our Wisconsin factory. We currently cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, California, Ohio or Utah.
