Can you really make any size or shape?
Yes. We build to your measurements, from custom rectangles to V-berths, cut corners, radius corners, round beds and one-off shapes. If you can measure it or send a template, we can build it.
How much does a custom mattress cost?
Every build is made to order, so price depends on size, shape and materials. Buying factory-direct cuts out the retail markup, and you get a firm quote before anything is made.
Do I have to have memory foam?
No. We build old-school two-sided innerspring, hybrid, latex and all-natural mattresses. Skip the memory foam entirely if you prefer.
What if I can't measure it myself?
Ask for a free pattern-maker kit inside your quote. You can also upload photos and a template so we get the fit exactly right.
Where do you deliver?
Free white-glove delivery, setup and old-mattress removal on orders $1,000+ near our Wisconsin factory, and boxed delivery to your door further out. We currently cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, California, Ohio or Utah.
